Who we are

What we collect, and why
We only collect personal data you actively submit through this site, or basic technical data needed to run it securely.
- Contact form. Your name, email, phone number and project details, submitted so we can respond to your enquiry. This is processed by our form handler, Formspree, which delivers the submission to us by email.
- Reviews. If you leave a review, your name, rating and message are stored in our database (Google Firebase/Firestore) and displayed publicly on this site. Don't include information in a review you're not comfortable being shown publicly.
- Site analytics. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (via Firebase) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type. This never loads unless you accept it, and never loads at all if you decline.
- Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), which may log your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
- Hosting. This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which logs standard web request data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and reliability, independent of any consent choice.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cookie consent choice. Google Analytics, if you accept it, sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can clear your consent choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again on your next visit.
How long we keep data
Contact form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, then deleted or archived per Formspree's own retention settings. Reviews are kept indefinitely as they form the public review record, unless you ask us to remove yours. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or rent personal data. The only parties that process data on our behalf are the service providers named above: Formspree (contact form delivery), Google Firebase (review storage, analytics, hosting), and Google Fonts (typeface delivery). Each operates under its own privacy policy and may process data outside Ireland/the EU under standard safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (for example, a review you posted)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to us directly, or to Ireland's supervisory authority, the Data Protection Commission.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
